Camera-Ready Paper Submission Instructions

The deadline for the camera-ready paper submissions is on the 11th of March, 2016. The camera-ready paper should not exceed the 12 pages formatted according to the guidelines given at the Springer Information for LNCS Authors webpage. Up to two extra pages are allowed, but an additional charging will be applied (i.e., 75€ per extra page).

The camera-ready paper submission includes the following:

  1. The completed copyright form. Use "Lecture Notes in Computer Science" as the title of the series, "WWIC 2016" as the title of the book and "Koucheryavy, Mamatas, Matta, Papadimitriou" as the editors. (Download PDF)
  2. All source (input) files of your paper as well as a final PDF file (used for reference).

The volume editors will check the contributions, decide their appearance order in the printed volume and send the complete material on to Springer. Once the source files have been worked on, then Springer will send the final pdf files to the corresponding authors, asking them to check their papers. This usually happens in April, hence we encourage corresponding authors of accepted papers to verify that emails with attachments are not directly filtered out. Please name your file as ZZZ.YYY, where ZZZ stands for paper's first author surname and YYY stands for zip, tar or other archive extension. The final camera-ready paper must be sent by email to:

  • Please be aware that at least one full registration before March 23, 2016 (March 16, 2016) per accepted paper is mandatory to include the paper in the proceedings of the conference.
The IFIP WWIC 2016 Proceedings are available online by Springer in the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science.
